Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and supporting insurance sales efforts. You will assist clients with policy inquiries, process requests, and help identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist clients with policy information, claims, billing, and changes to coverage.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
  • Support the sales team by generating leads and following up on potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns to management as needed.
  • Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-oriented with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
