We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Manager to support our lead agent by managing office operations, driving sales efforts, and coaching staff.

Position Overview:
As Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our agency, ensuring smooth office operations while providing crucial support to the lead agent. You will manage administrative tasks, assist with sales coordination, and coach team members to help the agency achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the lead agent with daily office management and administrative duties
  • Coordinate and track sales activities, helping to drive business growth
  • Coach and mentor staff to enhance performance and customer service
  • Manage scheduling, client communications, and follow-ups
  • Maintain organized records, including client files and compliance documentation
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure office efficiency
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for the agent
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications:

  • Experience in office management, preferably in an insurance or sales environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate team members
  • Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and office software (MS Office, Google Workspace)
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
